Valtatie 30 offers meeting rooms for 2-100 people that can be booked by customers and external users. We can offer a high-quality setting for your meeting, and your event will be supported by the comprehensive services of our building as well our restaurant, complete with alcohol licences. Our staff is available to assist with the AV equipment when needed to ensure that your meeting goes smoothly and provides a successful experience.
Our meeting rooms are equipped with:
- Comprehensive AV equipment with instruction for use
- Full HD projector or 4K display (depending on the room)
- Speakers for presentations and performances (in larger rooms)
- WiFi connection
- Apple TV
- Available separately: additional display (72”) with its own sound reproduction, presenter remote control with USB, Jabra speaker for Teams meetings

The restaurant can cater your event to your wishes with refreshments and food offerings. Their experienced staff ensure that your meeting environment remains presentable and the catering brings breaks in your day in a smooth manner.
